These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ck365 online gaming platform ("ck365", "the Platform", "we", "us"). 3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck365 account credentials. ck365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login details.
3.2 You must notify ck365 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ck365 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation where security concerns are reported or identified.
3.3 ck365 will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password in this manner should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ck365 support.

4.2 All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent in the selected payment currency. ck365 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.4 Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or methods held by third parties are prohibited.
5.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. ck365 reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals.
5.2 Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.3 ck365 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation of potential fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5.4 Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirements are set out in the bonus terms at the time of the promotional offer.
6.1 ck365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional benefits. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
6.2 ck365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Promotional offers are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.
6.3 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, matched betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, and coordinated play between accounts — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
7.1 All bets placed on ck365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market and sport in question, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.
7.2 ck365 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error results in odds that do not reflect the genuine market. You will be notified of any voided bets and the stake returned to your balance.
7.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform confirming the bet. Bets placed after a live event's outcome is known — due to data delays — may be voided at ck365's discretion.
7.4 ck365 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amounts accepted from any individual account, including implementing bespoke stake restrictions for players who have demonstrated consistent profitable play.
8.1 All casino games on ck365 utilise certified random number generator (RNG) software or verified live dealer equipment from licensed gaming studios. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are published where available and reflect theoretical long-term averages.
8.2 In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, the round will be considered void and the stake returned, except where the outcome was already determined prior to the fault occurring.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.2 ck365's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.
12.3 ck365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
